The Edward Hayden School of Cookery opened in July 2015. 

​

Located on Mill Road, Graiguenamanagh, Co Kilkenny it is an impressive building with state of the art facilities. 

​

The cookery school boasts a bright and modern teaching kitchen where guests can sit around a very large island while watching Edward create delicious meals and desserts.

​

There is also a very spacious dining room with seating for 24 people where guests can sit and relax while enjoying Edward's fare. 

​

The cookery school is fully wheelchair accessible and courses and meals can be designed for people of all ages, skill level and food preferences. 

​

Guests attending the school can be confident that they will be able to recreate the dishes at home as Edward provides each guest with a set of printed recipes along with a number of handy and helpful cooking tips. 

​

The Edward Hayden School of Cookery offers cookery demonstrations as well as hands on tuition, private dining functions, bespoke cookery classes, cookery activities for hen/stag parties, children's cookery workshops and corporate team building events.
